Jamie Dear (Director)
Jamie is the Executive Director of OxFizz. He has a background in charity and social enterprise, having previously managed Trust Youth, a growing educational charity which sets up mini-charities in schools, and been Chair of Jacari, a fifty-year old Oxford charity providing support for children who speak English as a second language. Jamie has also worked for the Charities Advisory Trust and Helen & Douglas House. He is a trustee of both the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) and Oxfordshire Community and Voluntary Action (OCVA).

Bobby Seagull (Director)
Bobby works for professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. With a background in business, Bobby has also worked for Nomura financial services group as an equity cash trader. A former Chairman of the Blueprint Investment Club and the Royal Holloway Investment Society, Bobby has been a semi-finalist in the World Universities Public Speaking Championship.

Chris Stainton (Director)
Chris has a background in business and entrepreneurship. He is the former Chairman of Oxford Student Publications Limited, the largest independent student media group in Europe. In 2007, Chris established UniVentures, a graduate recruitment consultancy, which was featured in the Financial Times. He was also Co-Founder and President of The Oxford Investment Club, and Chairman of the first Oxford Private Equity Conference. Chris has a passion for social enterprise and is a Student Ambassador for the Royal Geographical Society. After graduating from Oxford University he studied at Cambridge, and now works for a credit hedge fund.

Hannah Knight (Chief Operating Officer, OxFizz)
Hannah has a background in charity and volunteering. She was a member of St. John Ambulance for eight years. While at Oxford University, Hannah was Charities Rep and ran the large scale St. Catherine's College Charity Naked Calendar project for Emilie's Charities. Since graduating Hannah has been a production assistant, a volunteer teacher in Jaipur, India and worked with the Charities Advisory Trust. She has also been a volunteer for Save the Children, The Children's Society and a mentor for Digitall, a TimeBank project that aims to bridge the generation gap through technology. She is a trained youth helpline worker and was selected as a Youth Educator for Envision. Hannah was also a Youth Advisor for TimeBank, the National Volunteering Organisation. Since joining the OxFizz team in summer 2009, Hannah has greatly enjoyed being Coordinator for Oxbridge Interviews and is now Chief Operating Officer for OxFizz.

Flo Oakley (Sales & Marketing Coordinator, OxFizz)
Flo studied Maths and Statistics at Oxford University. In her last year she volunteered for Card Aid, selling charity Christmas cards. She also volunteered for YELP, tutoring students at local state schools. She has had an array of different expeeriences, particularly enjoying working at Explore Learning, tutoring 5-14 year old children in Maths and English.

Alice Loughney (Recruitment & Training, OxFizz)
Alice studied at Oxford University, where she did lots of charity work (and managed to fit in a little law on the side). In particular, she was Fundraiser and then President for the Exeter College Charity ExVac, which runs holidays for Oxfordshire children from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Rosie Shorrocks (Events, OxFizz)
Rosie has just completed a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Trinity College, Oxford University. During her time at Trinity she was a member of the college choir, orchestra and netball team, and became President of the Oxford University PPE Society in her final year. She started volunteering whilst growing up in Chester, helping at her local Cub, Rainbow and Brownie packs. She also volunteered in the summers during university at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, raising money for charities including Hlekweni in Zimbabwe and the Alternatives to Violence Project in Scotland.

Sophie Frew (Summer School Coordinator, OxFizz)
Sophie has recently graduated from Jesus College, Oxford University, with a degree in Ancient and Modern History. Whilst at Oxford, Sophie was President of the Oxford University History Society and also captained the Jesus Women's Football and Cricket teams. Sophie joined OxFizz as a volunteer intern for Oxbridge Interviews back in 2008/9, and returned as a staff member in 2011 to head up the development of the Oxford & Cambridge Summer School.

Barbara Shellard (OxFizz Training Consultant)
Barbara graduated from St Hilda's College, Oxford University, in 1971, with a degree in English. After Oxford she soon found that the best way to put her love of literature into use was to teach it, and she taught at a girls' school in Berkhamsted in 1972. Barbara returned to St. Hilda's in 1990 to embark on a Master's degree in Theology. She taught undergraduates New Testament Theology for many colleges until she retired in 2010.
As part of Barbara's tutorial responsibilities, she gained a lot of experience of interviewing applicants to Oxford University. She joined OxFizz in 2008 as a Training Consultant where she has helped to disseminate this knowledge.

Jette Lundgren (Recruitment & Training Consultant, Career Interview Coaching)
Jette has worked for Unilever in Germany and in the UK, most recently as Demand Planning and Sourcing Manager. She has substantial experience in interviewing, having worked in the HR department for Gemini Consulting, as well as interviewing with Unilever and assessing the apprentices' recruitment programme.
